# Legacy.Fax SOAP client proxy documentation

This proxy is a generated `svcutil` service reference, held under `Service References\Legacy.Fax` in the `WCF` project (`SAIF.Services.WCF.Host`), that calls the remote `` `FaxService`† `` operation `Send` to deliver an outbound fax on behalf of the locally hosted `FaxService` operation `SendFax`.
